Two twelve year old best friends get inspired by the '69 moon-landing and decide to build a rocket to escape their broken home lives.

KITE is my Graduation film, which I wrote and directed, in the third year of my degree at the University of Wales, Newport. It features a professional cast and was shot on location with a Panasonic AF-101 for a budget of £3000 which was largely raised using Kickstarter.
Synopsis:
Anna and Richard are a dysfunctional married couple, haunted by a tragedy in their past. Unexpected things take place when a mysterious guest arrives at their hotel. Choices have to be made and Anna must face the past in order to move forward.
